The Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) at North Valleys High School is a citizenship and leadership development program that empowers students to become responsible, disciplined, and community-minded individuals. Cadets learn about aerospace science, leadership principles, and service to others while participating in activities such as color guard, drill, community service projects, and field trips.

The program emphasizes Integrity, Service, and Excellence—core values that prepare students for success in any future career path, whether military or civilian.
